I witnessed today doctor zafir he was laughing at my wife when I was telling him the situation of what was happening
He was taking it a joke and not taking time at what happend
He was making joked like your back was hurting why what did you do
He was being ap unprofessional
He should be removed from that surgery
He doesn't have a clue of how to do his job He needs training and needs good customer training on how to speak to patient in a nice manner
We went there and he never gave no medication and sent us home what a waste of time he is no good for the NHS.

Today l went to the health centre and at reception on the ground floor, the lady by the name of Fatima was rude, l stood there and said excuse me 3 times and she kept her head down, too busy on her phone, the lady near by reception heard me call out several times and I attended to her instead. Fatima who ignored me was angry and spoke in a very harsh voice saying do not call me rude, well if she was in my place and stood there while the receptionist was too busy on her phone, and ignored you, would u think she's being rude.You are sitting at a reception desk for a reason... not to play on your phone and have ear pods while a patient is standing there, and then to snap at the patient. Really are in the wrong field of work!
