I have had 1-1 PT session with Jack for the last few months and couldn't recommend him enough ! He has been invested, motivational and knowledgable starting me on my path to reaching my fitness goals. he has also been willing to share his knowledge so I can plan and do my own workout sessions.

Brilliant gym, great equipment and awesome location! This is my favourite gym to train due to the friendly members and the helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ashley Edwards puts 200% effort into getting to know his members personally and helping them achieve their fitness goals no matter what they are. You’re full potential will be attainable at this gym! That’s a fact! I love it.

Love this gym, great equipment and location. The most important things for me when starting on my training life was to not feel uncomfortable and to feel safe not only in the gym but around the area too and I can definitely say this is the most welcoming gym I've ever been to and its down to the friendly members and the knowledgeable staff. Ashley and his team put time and effort into getting to know their members personally and helping them achieve their fitness goals no matter what they are and whether or not you use them for PT.

I always feel comfy going and knowing that no matter there is always someone there to chat to, ask for help or to laugh at my singing and dancing between sets.

Fitness isn't just about PBs it's about enjoying what you're doing aswell and Faradays definitely allows you to do both 🙂

Was nervous to join a gym but the atmosphere at Faradays was very inviting. When I first walked in Sarah welcomed me & helped me sign up. I was greeted by the lovely Mabel at the desk on Tuesday who invited me to do Aston’s HIIT class with her as she could tell I was nervous. I really enjoyed this class & Aston was very supportive & answered any questions I had. All members of staff are friendly and are always available to answer any questions & give support. Would highly recommend Faradays Fitness Club.

The best gym in Bridgnorth / South Shropshire.
Ashley is a true professional and is so passionate about health, fitness and well being.
The gym and showers are spotless, the choice of equipment is excellent, the staff are fantastic, the trainers are first class and the membership are awesome.
5 stars all day long !

Definitely the best gym I've ever been too. Everyone is super friendly and they cater for all levels of fitness which is so important!! Staff are always willing to help and offer guidance and support and Aston's classes are incredible! Really engaging and supporting. Thanks Faradays, keep up the hard work!

Absolutely love the atmosphere in faradays! You walk in and are always greeted with a smile! So welcoming and you instantly feel comfortable when you walk through the door! Love strong nation every Wednesday with Kelly, she’s amazing! Pushes me every single week and she changes the classes up regularly which I love! I always leave feeling so good! Thanks guys! Great place!
