We really enjoyed our 6 week baby massage class. Rae is a brilliant and enthusiastic teacher. She is very accommodating to babies’ needs so it was no bother if we needed to feed or change a nappy. We enjoyed meeting other mums and babies and learning some great massage techniques to soothe our babies. We are looking forward to our next 6 week term of baby yoga with Rae!

Completed the 6 week baby massage class with Rae with my little one. Found the massages really helpful in settling him and even just using them to help bond with him.

All classes are baby led so if you need to feed etc then you just do so.

Rae explains everything so well and sends follow up guidance after each session to help you follow through with the massages at home. I found this helpful as sometimes my little one didn’t like to participate at certain points in the class.

I found the time at the end for mummy’s to have 5 mins was excellent. The chance to breathe and reflect really helped to centre you for the rest of the day. These exercises I found you can take away and do yourself at home when you need 5 minutes or at the end of the day.

Lastly my little one loves Rae he was more than happy to go to her for cuddles and to sit with her at certain points in the sessions.

Would recommend to all new mummy’s and daddy’s.

We love our classes with Rae & look forward to them every week. We have learnt so much and created a strong mother and baby bond from our weekly classes ? Rae makes you feel so comfortable and is lovely. Looking forward to another term ?

We lovely every minuet of our private massage session, was so calming and amazing to learn some movements to do with our little one. Was such a good bonding moment for dad and baby, would highly recommend.

Just done my first acro yoga class it was great fun. Rae is a great teacher, supportive and full of encouragement. Big shout out to all her little helpers too. Great family fun at acro and bonding time, will be trying out some of the moves at home in preparation for the next one- can’t wait!

Rae came to my my home in Sevenoaks to teach me baby massage. She was friendly and put me at ease straight away. These sessions were so calming for me and my daughter and the skills I have learnt have helped with her colic, sleep and teething I would 100 percent recommend.
