I began my journey with Fairway after doing a course with Embark learning. I am so thankful that I did the course because it has opened many doors of opportunity for me.

After four weeks I got a job with Fairway. My experience with Fairway has been absolutely fantastic. The staff are amazing, very helpful and supportive.

The homes that I have been sent to are absolutely brilliant. The staff members in each of the homes have been so helpful and very supportive. I have gained a lot of experience and confidence from each of the homes. That is one good thing about going to different homes. Shifts are always available.

I am really enjoying the work, so much that I can't wait for the next shift. I love interacting with the residents. Each home has been a blessing.

I would highly recommend fairway to anyone who is looking for work in care. Trust me you will love it.

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Isobelle who has been a tremendous support since I started with fairway. From ringing to see how I was enjoying my new role to making sure I have enough work and making sure I got the additional training I was asking for to further my career. The trading provided by Fairway is amazing especially if your new to care like myself. The support you get is unbelievable and everyone in the company is a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly for me, is they are happy to help you succeed.

Joining Fairway was a great start for me, you are never alone and they have fantastic staff on board like Isobelle to start with. You will receive the best training from professional trainers who will prepare you with (MCP) Health and social care course level 1 before going into work, you will also receive a manual handling training at the end of the course which will boost your confidence . Fair will always guarantee you hours and flexibility. All the staff are great and there are opportunities with further training you can have to help you progress. I have also had my medication training and cannot wait to go out their to start administering to the service users. i must tell you it is rewarding and will highly recommend it for anyone to join.

After a few teething problems due to setting up a new area, things settled down and my mother in law looked forward to her daily visits from Kirsten Jones team. Particularly Barbara and Sana, who went out of their way to make her comfortable during a very difficult time.The odds were against her but the girls care and kindness made each day easier having laughs and fun along the way, which brightened each day. We very much appreciate the way Fairway cared for her and made her last days in the home she loved possible. Thank you everyone from the bottom of our hearts.

Fairway are always flexible and supportive offering me hours that suits my needs aswell as local places to where I live which is fantastic!
They have a great caring team and would like to say a massive thank you to Isobelle who always goes above and beyond to sort my shifts out.

Have recently taken the mcp course in health and social care with Fairway and Embark.it was a 4 week course with 3 weeks via zoom and 4 days in sutton coldfield at the training centre. I now have a NVQ level 1 in health and social care. I have also done first aid and .manual handling. As a mature lady taking a career change, I'm so glad I did. From a initial conversation with Saf all through my journey the support from both fairway and embark has been amazing. I'm am now out working at a local care home,which I'm throughly enjoying and feeling job satisfaction. Thank you to everyone who's helped me on this journey.too many names to mention from Dianne,to Nicole, kirsty,Kelly,Grace,Alice,Charlotte,and Isobelle.sorry to anyone I haven't mentioned., and to Tina and Paul from embark, with constant support thro my IT issues. Any one wanting a carrer in care I can't speak highly enough of Fairway and Embark.

At embark learning I honestly enjoyed the MCP course throughly with Paul and the tutors were honestly the best esp Kelly Bailey, Tina and Saf are some of the nicest people here honestly the service is amazing and the support they is really good. I definitely will reccomend this to all my friends and family as this is one of the most rewarding courses out there.
