Receptionist are nice and helpful. Doctors only being open 3 dys a week is pathetic, u can never get an appointment on the day, ive been trying to get in for over 2weeks now and had to go up to hospital for steroids for my chest, been up numerous times with the kids also as there never no appointments. This surgery has gone down hill, and ive been with since it opened.

Dr Atkinson is great but getting an appointment is ridiculously difficult. I need one today and am having to go for an out of hours at the St Peters centre, other tI message I've had to go to Rawtenstall or Colne and see Dr's I don't know there.

It's damn near impossible to get an appointment, why do they even open with no appointments They have a new male receptionist who was disgustingly rude to me on the telephone (on more than one occasion) and completely unhelpful,with a very bad attitude,also suspect he was responsible for my complaint letter going missing.(i know others who have had the same issues with this person) The female reception staff are very helpful however, despite lacking appointments.

Lots of Positives - Nice clean modern building, Understanding and helpful Doctors especially Dr Atkinson and Dr Rob, Nice Receptionists especially Janet, Car park around the back makes taking children a lot safer - Downsides like all drs hard to get appointments on the day sometimes have had to go to Out of hours at Haslingden which was a very good service itself.
