Customer service is poor. I moved away from this surgery after I had several issues. Some of the issues faced: I paid for some treatment that required aftercare. They failed to offer this and wanted me to pay privately as the dentist no longer works there. They cut your time short with the hygienist but still charged the full amount. I was passed from one dentist to another. They frequently change staff and often provide inexperienced dentists. I've had to go back to get fillings redone a week after as they were not inserted properly.

This morning i called to book an appointment and the receptionist she was soo polite and calm even she helped me to book an online appointment it was really good service i have ever had and i didn’t regret that i changed my gp .
Thank you to the whole team i highly recommend this practice .

Not sure what is happening at the surgery.... They cannot offer appointments even if you complete all the hurdles of filling in OLAF forms on the NHS site.... If joining approach with caution

I have had a cough since February this year and have been seen by physicians and doctors but the cough was never resolved and coughed morning and nights. Unfortunately the cough has come back bad again, coughing all day and night. I was seen today by a qualified physician named Theodore Adonis. I can honestly say a big thank you for his time. He was extremely thorough and took time to read my notes and examine me. I left feeling confident something is being done and hopefully seeing the end of the cough. Thank you once again.

Impossible for older family member to get an appointment- have to be tech savvy and even when you do get an appointment it’s for weeks/ months away. Really sad as this used to be a great family practice but now it’s impossible to see someone in a timely fashion.

Great doctors practice, several gps and nurses. Online morning forms to fill in that get triaged and if you need emergency help that day you will get that if you do a for by 11am . My experience is it works well. Friendly helpful staff on reception.

The lady who often answers the phones for enquires is always very rude, sounds very fed up and makes it clear to you that she can’t be bothered to talk to you. It makes me not want to ever call the doctors, the face to face one’s are just as bad.

If you don’t like it move jobs, these people are the ones who are supposed to make you feel comfortable to tell your problems too

Unfortunately the receptionist wouldn’t give me her name. Instead she put the phone down on me. As I have only been to this surgery once since moving into the area. And my twins being born. I have found the receptionist very rood. Try’s to give you medical advice and instructions even tho she is not medically trained to do so. And my children are under a year old.
