I filled out the online form with my symptoms, and the new system for triage seems to work really efficiently. I was seen by an excellent GP in a short amount of time. My entire experience was outstanding, and my treatment has already begun. I can't thank my surgery and NHS trust enough.

I still haven't been to my GP and I'm not sure how it works in person. I had submitted online help request twice since I moved to Fairbrook. It was quickest way to get response. I always had return call from Fairbrook within 1-2 hour time slot. Doctors are super polite so far and very helpful. I love the fact that they can still speak to you without appointments.

I've been with Fairbrook since 1984 and have always found the staff to be helpful even though now they're dealing with so many more people, which has meant the previous booking system was not fit for purpose anymore so I'm delighted that is out and there is a new triage system in place.
Once on the website it is easy to navigate to fill out the form stating your issue, I received a call back about 15/20 minutes later and was offered an appointment an hour after that which was a surprise! They were very busy so the appointment was 10 minutes late, not a surprise given that it is flu season. A quick check up and my prescription was sent to the chemist, extremely efficient!

The new triage system is a way better than the old booking system was. I got an on the day appointment so easily today and I really needed to be seen by a GP urgently. Only giving 4 stars to keep you on your toes, but thank you for your help today.

First time I have used this method and found the experience good. Fill in the form for non emergency medical help and recieved a phone call from my surgery within 5 to 10 minutes of sending it with a appointment for a hours time.

After filling in an online form yesterday I was very pleased to be given an appointment as quickly as today with the musculoskeletal specialist at Fairbrook. After listening to the problems I have with upper arm and shoulder pain the specialist ran through a series of physical tests with me before coming to the conclusion that I have an issue with my neck. Subsequently immediately I was sent exercises to carry out plus I was given advice on heat treatment to hopefully alleviate the problem. On leaving the practice I felt reassured that in time with a bit of effort put in the pain will go away and also that should it persist I should make contact again soon for further investigations. An excellent service given.
