This is my first time having Botox and I’m so happy with the results 😊 Simonne was fantastic from start to finish, advising me on the areas and talking me through the process, step by step. I had my follow up appointment today where I have had a touch up and the aftercare has been brilliant. I’m booked in for another treatment next week and I can’t wait 😊 Simonne has given me my confidence back and I’m so happy and I’ll be forever thankful 😌 x

This was definitely a 5 star experience: Simonne explained everything and answered all questions in a very kind way in an initial consultation and made sure that at no time I felt any pressure to make any (too) quick decisions. She was very diligent during the treatment to maximise results but also to minimise pain and discomfort during and after. She took great care to ensure I knew what to do afterwards and checked in to see if all was okay (it was). I’m very happy with the results and would 100% recommend her.

Simmone was great. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and was thorough with great attention to detail. She was always checking in with me throughout and explained what she is doing and why. She put me at ease and was very patient with me and her expert knowledge and experience was very clear. She was also great with aftercare and was attentive and reassuring. I would highly recommend Simmone and would return to her again in the future.
