With face to face, the doctors are actually very professional and nice to talk with. It's the reception and scheduling that make this place awful. I've had 4 sessions with face to face and they've all shared that problem. My telehealth appointment would be pushed back hours without being told or would be forgotten altogether unless I call. The receptionists are quite rude and don't take responsibility for their mistakes or actions and simply blame it on you before asking for the co-payment. Today (10/11/2024) I had a appointment at exactly 12:15, having received the reminder call yesterday perfectly fine. But I never received a call until 4:30 (30 minutes before they close) when I'm not available to answer, seeing the voice-mail I called back to see what happened and the receptionist was down right rude. Swearing, claiming my phone didn't work so I had to get it fixed, that they called numerous times during the day. But my call history says otherwise. I told her such and if she really expected me to stay on the phone all day even after my appointment time. She gave attitude again and said "ill ask the doctor if she can see you but it's not likely since you waited till right before we close. After I was put on hold, the problem was- my call got combined with another patient who asked me if I was a face to face operator and I explained no I was also a patient before a face to face operator came on the line and they spoke, WHILE I was still on the line listening to their session. I received another call from face to face to return to the same operator that was previously rude to again hear the same swearing and telling me that I wasn't picking up, when I explained that I just heard another patients personal information she doubled back and asked for the copayment since the doctor was ready to see me.
I asked for my refill count and said i won't take an appointment today. Honestly the last time I'd use their horrible service

Big disappointment. Very hard to schedule with a therapist. Due to my schedule, the only time I could meet with someone is on a weekend. There were scheduling conflicts and when I contacted the facility coordinator, I was told that the therapists at this time had no weekend availability and was told to contact my insurance company to see if they could recommend a Therapist. I find this to be misleading as I was told initially when I wanted to schedule sessions that weekends wouldn’t be a problem. Hopefully the next facility I find is more organized and professional.

Face to face has honestly helped with my quality of life . I was able to find a therapist that has supplied me with tools that improve every day activities. Would definitely recommend anyone seeking any sort mental health assistance to pay them a visit . You’ll feel welcomed from the very first interaction you have at the front desk !
