Wow wow wow what can I say .. had my lips done previously elsewhere and due to how much it hurt and was left with a couple of small lumps so was very reluctant to have them redone.
However spoke to the ladies at Face Envy and Zoee was fabulous in guiding me and reassuring me my experience would be very different.
The lovely Elisa was the injecter and she was fabulous explaining every step and I’m so amazed i actually didn’t feel a thing.
More importantly I now have the most beautiful lips and no lumps like before !

finally plucked up the courage to get lip filler after 12mths of wanting to get them done, did a lot of research to find the right aesthetics clinic & found face envy aesthetics. I contacted zoee & she replied immediately, due to it being my 1st procedure she called me to discuss what I wanted, from that moment to attending my appointment last week the process was amazing, Elisa who did my filler talked everything through with me & listened to the look I wanted to achieve & put my mind at rest. I had botox for the first time ever and I couldn't be more pleased !!! Elisa was absolutley fantastic and very helpful with any questions I had. Both Elisa and Zoe certainly put my nerves at ease and I didn't feel a thing when getting the procedure . I am so happy with the outcome of my botox and definitely will be keeping this up from now on!!! Worth every penny and highly recommend face envy .

I though long and hard before doing this review. That's only because Zoee and Elisa were lovely. I had botox in Oct 2021 at the salon. I'm writing the review now as I have just now after almost 2 years got the confidence to have botox done again at a different salon. The first botox appointment was done by Elisa and everything was great, she listened to what I wanted. The second top-up (after 2 weeks) was conpleted by Dee and my wishes and thoughts were not listened to. I was clear that I do not want a frozen look and just want to prevent wrinkles and get one of the wrinkles on my forehead go away. She didn't listen and I know this as 3 days later my eyebrows dropped. My eyes went from almond "cat eyes" like I had hooded eyelids. To make it worse, when I called to tell them and I came in to be seen, they told me "it looks better, more feminine ". Maybe I failed to mention I won a few miss competitions in my life and used to model so I'm pretty sure I know the standards of beauty and hooded eyelids are not it. I was made to think it was maybe the way I reacted to the treatment but I now know that is not true as I have found another salon where they did exactly what I wanted without dropping my eyebrows. The only reason i am leaving 3* instead of 1* considering how my confidence disappeared for 3 months is because of Elisa doing an amazing job and being lovely. I won't go into further details about other things that really bothered me. Zoee did check-up on me as I was distraught by the whole sitiation. I want to share this as people need to know and lesson need to be learned about listening to your clients wishes. Dee even told me "everyone else would be very happy with the frozen look"- sure, if you're after that look or 60yo, I'm neither. Otherwise, the salon is nice, clean and welcoming but please, make sure you are listened to! I was never even offered by money back after this mess so after spending a decent amount at the salon for me and my mom, I didn't return after this happened.

5/5!!! I was introduced to Zoee via a mutual friend and after a casual discussion about what I have done/why etc I decided to try Face Envy as they offered some slightly different treatments and products to my usual practitioner, and I am very VERY happy that I did!

The clinic itself is easy to find and very welcoming offering a professional yet comfortable/non threatening environment. Even after an initial in-depth consult with Zoee the practitioner I met on the day (Elisa) discussed all treatment options with me and we jointly decided that Nuceiva (Botox variant) was the way to go for me.

The administration was second to non, I bruise easily and didn’t have a mark on me post treatment (extra points for this!) and the results are exactly as Elisa predicted.

Many thanks to those involved with my experience, I look forward to seeing you for my review and future treatments. Highly recommend all round!
