Warning … we booked through their website as we were flying to Dubai and needed 2 Fit to Fly PCR tests. Results would be available within 48 hours ~ but Dubai ( at the time we booked) required a test within 48 hours of departure. So the tests sold through their website we’re not fit for purpose. We have been given a voucher ~ but we want a refund as the tests the website proposes had not been updated in line with Dubai requirements so are not fit for purpose

Turned up 7 hours before my flight to leave enough time to have my 4 Hr PCR and check in in good time. Didn’t get emailed or sent any kind of result. Went into the office to find out what was going on, they told me the sample taken wasn’t good enough so test was invalid. I had to change my flight to the next day (£1500 I had to pay to change it for my daughter and I) so I could wait for results of a new PCR, get a hotel overnight (£140), Parking fees (£50 for Heathrow waiting time, hotel and back to Heathrow) change all my country connecting flights the other side (£250). All for negative result in the end!!! This company has cost me so much money and stress. AVOID at all costs.

I wish I can give 0. Very welcoming when you go to do the test, after that all you hear is sorry about that and sorry to hear this. Did a test and I was promised result the latest by 10pm the next day, I explained to them that I will be fighting in 2 days and needed the result, they told me not a problem. I had to call 8 - 9 times and only manage to get the result 11 48pm when they knew that my flight was on day 2 at 6am, worse company ever.

DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS! THEY WILL SCAM YOU LIKE THEY SCAMMED ME!! I used them for a pre-departure fit-to-fly PCR test. I did not get my test results back in time and ended up missing my flight. The test results came at 9.50pm ten minutes before their internal deadlines (to negate the refund options) but it was too late for me to board my flight. I could have boarded the flight if I had received the tests just an hour earlier but my repeated requests fell on deaf ears. No one cared and they kept stating their programmed spiel of the deadline being 10pm the day after the test was taken. The destination had a 48-hr PCR requirement and I had taken the test at 9 am the day before I was scheduled to fly. They had more than 36 hours to get me my test back in time for me to board my flight but not one of their cus serv reps helped me. I kept begging them from the check in desk at the airport and no one had either the courtesy or the compassion to help me out. This was after I was assured over a phone call that I will receive my tests well in advance of my check in times. Spend a few pounds extra and go to a company that cares and will guarantee results by the time you need it .. or you will be fooled by these money grabbing fly by night rogue merchants who profit off the miseries of common people.

I had Fit to Fly PCR test for travelling to Taiwan. The booking, walk-through & report service was good & efficient. Report was e-mailed & received earlier than promised time.

They need to be honest on the website regarding the booking system in place as is not used, we booked a slot to 10.40am arrived to find a long queue that took nearly an hour to reach the front of, when we spoke to the staff who I felt sorry for regarding this they did not have an answer, As customers if you book a time slot it should be honoured and save there poor staff the daily aggravation from irate customers if the booking system is irrelevant don’t advertise it. Once in the service was great and the results on time as promised.

The worst experience you can ever have, very unwelcoming people, the test was positive while I was negative they put random results to everyone they made me miss my flight and my sister’s wedding. I wich I could put 0 stars.

I’ve taken two tests here. First time walked straight in, then today 1 hour 10 minute queue! £80 for a test. Staff usually very courteous (after the queuing!)
