I also waited to charge my car! Driver of the company car just left it there fully charged still there now when I went past again nearly 2 hours after it was fully charged. A care company which couldn't care less about others. When you drive a car covered in the company branding you are driving an advert for the company and how you act has consequences for said company.

Hi my name is Ruth Campbell your company cared for my late husband Pat Campbell who as you know I lost nearly 6 months ago I wanted to do this before but couldn’t so here goes.
I would like to say a massive thankyou to all the lovely carers that came into our home and our lives.
You not only made my life easier as I was his carer but you was amazing to my husband I know you say it’s your job it’s what you do but everyday you went above and beyond for Pat nothing was too much trouble. You also became friends you listened to me watched me cry helped with chatting about our wedding I could go on and on I can’t thankyou enough our place still feels empty without you coming and going I hope you are all well and are staying safe thankyou so much Ruth Campbell xxxx

Terrible company. Left their vehicle for over an hour (so far) fully charged on a public charging station so nobody else can use it. If they show this much lack of respect for the other people who need to use it, I can’t see them making great carers can you? Rang the customer service number and nobody ever answers either, so actually contacting them must be an issue.

Owner has never done care work in her life - she cares more about taking money from the vulnerable to pay for her expensive lifestyle. Its just easy money to her, an easy business opportunity. She doesn’t actually care about anyone other than herself.
Middle management aren’t much better. Abhorrent company. Avoid!!!

Apart from the odd 2 or 3 staff members most of the staff are not very professional when entering your own home! The care provided isn't very good either and when you mention it them get quite resistive to you. Client came out with hands smelling and dried ear wax on her ears. The client I work for also felt unsafe during some of her care and she said it was because the job was being rushed
