I was struggling with severe headaches for months, and nothing seemed to provide lasting relief. Desperate for a solution, I decided to try acupuncture with Catherine, even though I was initially skeptical. To my surprise, the experience was not only relaxing but incredibly effective.

Following heart surgery I was left with a good deal of discomfort in my chest muscles. The only option seemed to be the continued use of pain killers.
Catherine has been able to relieve the discomfort to an acceptable level which has greatly improved my general mood and well being. I no longer need the pain killers.

I've had the privilege of having weekly sessions with Catherine for approximately two years, and I can only say good things as I have made significant strides in my overall well-being.
