Recently, I’ve noticed some concerning reviews circulating on Google suggesting mistreatment of female staff members. As a female employee, I want to clarify that this does not reflect our reality. At Excellent Care Ltd., we are consistently treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. These comments do not align with the values the company upholds, and I stand by the fact that such feedback is not a true representation of our workplace culture.

I am working with Excellent Care since last 3 years as an Admin. I can assure that the management takes due care of their staff and always had a much safer environment for females. As a female staff member I felt insulted reading some comments where someone had purposely tried to say mean things against the employer which also harm and question the morale of each female employee who is working here. I have seen contradictory comments to my statement and surprisingly most of them are not even excellent care employees or ex employees and are raising accusations and concerns for a company were they never worked with. Reviews should be impartial and fair irrespective of personal preferences and it is definitely not a place to settle personal scores. Excellent Care Ltd has a reputation since last 15 years and happy to say that I am a member of Excellent Care Family.

How can someone humiliate a person who was once their employer and their source of livelihood, just to settle a personal score? I don’t know what’s driving his bitterness, but as a proud member of the Excellent Care family, I can say this, he is not just attacking his former employer but he is disrespecting all of us who call this team our own.
I’ve worked here for many years, and I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect. When I went through a tough time in my life, Sinon and the team didn’t just stand by me but they made my struggles their own. They were there for me like a family, and I’ll always be grateful for that.
It’s disheartening to see someone try to tear down something built on trust, care, and mutual respect.
I will surely give 5 stars foe excellent care because they deserve it.last day by accidentally I have seen one negative comment on review tab from one of my former colleague and former staff of excellent care I felt pain and hurt.because of that I decided to discuss the matter through this review platform.any one can frame a good going institution for there satisfaction but my advise I is this is not the place for clearing a terminated employe's frustrations.................
