The service didn’t take too long at all. Ash was very polite and very helpful in answering any questions I had. He was also very knowledgeable in explaining how best to look after the machine, and what issues could occur if not looked after properly. Very pleased with how quick and efficient the service was, and enjoyed speaking with ash:)

Theo is a great engineer. Checked the unit, made adjustments needed and also explained things about the unit that had not been done in past 10 years of service visits. This unit has proven to be quite reliable after a rocky start may years ago. Would recommend as value for money reliable backup autoclave, if a little noisy.

Shocking company, AVOID at all costs. They don't fulfil their end of the contract agreement. Useless staff too who don't have a clue what they are talking about.

*Your response to this is a blatant lie, you've not been trying for 3 months to contact me for a payment. I cancelled my direct debit 2 months ago because I had the autoclave for 2 years nearly and your BS company didn't come to service it like it was supposed to have done, so instead of making up BS
about me, take accountability for the customer neglect on your end. Like I said on the phone, there wouldn't have been cancelled payments if you had actually followed through with your end of the contract and serviced the machine like it was supposed to have had.

Had my autoclave serviced. The water now won’t drain. The ‘water tank full’ alarm is going off but I can’t empty the tank. Worked perfectly well before the service. 3 1/5 weeks ago. Am told I should have contacted them sooner. It drained a little in the first couple of weeks. I now have an unusable autoclave and the company is completely disinterested. Woman answering the phone unbelievably rude..

Dan came to do our annual service today.
He turned up on time as arranged. Carried out the service, made some adjustments to our drying times, and adjusted the door as well.
Extremely tidy and polite, a true credit to the company.

Philip was helpful and polite as usual.he explained what the problem had been and left. When I put the autoclave on at night, it shows an error code, so I texted Philip, and he kindly called me to discuss what was going on, and we solved the problem.
