We all really enjoy working with Ali and Matt since the launch of RED’s Wellness programme earlier this year. They have adapted well to the changing climate of the pandemic and really thought about how best we can deliver our Wellness programme through this period of working from home, where staff wellness is more important than ever. They are both passionate and enthusiastic about the delivery of the programme and its achievements. They listen to and understand our company needs, provide a structure for us to deliver it and are always there to support us. It is really uplifting to find such a forward-thinking company. They have been a great fit for RED’s wellness agenda.
