The doctor was rude and inexperienced. My son has been sick and has a fever for 5 days now. He examined him in 2 minutes and said to take Nurofen. Why are we going to the doctor? I can take Nurofen myself, we don't need to go to the doctor.

I've been struggling for 2 weeks to book an appointment with this new appointment system. I am due for a medication review with Dr. Sabeena for my mental health I have called reception & they are not helpful and are condescending as if I have not been trying, but I was polite and only called as a last resort.

Please change back your appointment system through the NHS app or by call. It was much easier before. I am a young person and I am struggling never mind if I were older.

I have called the reception to enquire about an admin issue . It appears nobody knows what should be done and instead of trying to get accurate information , they prefer to send me all over the place . On top of that the receptionist I spoke to today is extremely rude and when I asked for the name she hung up on me. There is a civilised way to convey a message , without rushing and raising voice. I really do not bother writing reviews normally but your staff need customer service training, and if they can not answer a query there should be a process to escalate it or get a call back when more knowledgeable person becomes available. Utterly disappointed with this attitude and customer service.

The worst medical clinic. The doctors have no experience and treat patients badly. I do not recommend registering here. They do not have any information about the patient, only the name and date of birth. I will move to another center. 😠👎

I’ve been coming to this surgery for the past 4 years if not more about the same condition and they didn’t even bother examine me. I’ve been giving pain killers or asked to write a diary about the times of the pain with no examination. I’ve requested MRI scan and the doctor did not want to give it to me she exactly said “ what about if I refer you and you don’t have anything “ as if she was paying for it. Now I found out I’ve got white lesions in my brain and I’m just 20, I have no clue what that means or how it will affect me, doctor asked me if I’ve got a history of heart attacks but im still worried and I think more things need to be done because I’m in pain. Can’t even book an appointment now , been trying for more than a month. I’ll be changing my GP and recheck my condition , if anything happens to me you will be sued.

Never ever come here! One Turkish receptionist is extremely rude, has shouted and hung on the phone on me. They have missed numerous issues with me. I got a private blood test with somebody else who found out I have thyroid issues. They asked for another blood test. Send medication out without any phone call to discuss my results or the medication. Told I'm not allowed access to my own blood results. They really do not care here.

Very unprofessional, and never resolved any issue I’ve presented them with. Often been met with disinterest & lack Professionalism. I’ve had to go private on a few occasions due feeling like my basic needs haven’t been met at the gp, which isnt an attainable choice. As well being met with rude receptionists and being told my needs are not urgent. Never had a good experience here.
