My experience with Everest Health partnership, Sherard Road has been very positive. My doctor, Dr Subbryan is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot fault him. Whenever I have a problem which is quite often as I have numerous health issues, they are dealt with promptly and professionally. When I do an econsult they always get back to me. One econsult was replied to in 10 minutes. I'm so happy with my surgery. This gives me peace of mind which is imperative to me.

I’m very concerned about how my husbands test results were handled here. The receptionist told him his results were “fine,” but when he went in to see the doctor, he was told he actually has type 2 strep. This is a serious condition that requires treatment, and the misinformation could have delayed care and put my health at risk. Patients deserve accurate and timely communication about their results by a DOCTOR! NOT receptionist! Miscommunication like this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately to protect patient safety!

Requested to speak to a doctor this morning and he was extremely rude and condescending. Dentist told me to contact my local GP for pain relief as my issue has spread to my ear and he said ‘you wouldn’t go to the dentist for a sore back so don’t come to us with a dental problem’.

Doctors are not helpful. Rude and ignorant.
They didn't send me to the hospital for regular checkups if they could avoid it.

They also found excuses to not do the blood draw after the scheduled appointment. It's all system-defined; avoid it if you can, as if they own the hospital. I hope to avoid this one.

I have a very difficult situation with my mum who is 93 and needs constant attention & I can only say HANDS UP to this FANTASTIC, professional and kind Administration team in Eltham. A SUPER thank you to Angela, extremely supportive and helpful!

Every time I call, the team always manages to sort out my mum’s never ending SERIOUS emergencies! Your help is appreciated more than I can express in words.

Keep up the EXCELLENT work (with all your massive challenges)!

After Having my colposcopy results & Waiting for an appointment after four weeks, they told me to ring the doctors If I haven’t heard anything as I need some treatment calling the doctors today, she was very rude very abrupt not helpful at all then throw me a number to ring up the Hospital I would not be going through this if they’d given me the medication eight months ago that was was asked from the hospital to the doctors and I could’ve had my treatment without waiting another five months The receptionist at Sherard Road medical Centre really need to learn how to talk properly on the phone and stop being so rude🤦🏼‍♀️

This is the worst surgery in south east London, the receptionists are extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They hardly ever pick the phone up and when they do they have no appointments. When sitting in the surgery the receptionist staff discuss patients details so loud everyone can hear your personal details. This surgery needs to be investigated for neglect, no duty of care for their patients and unprofessionalism. If you’re seeing a 5 star review it’s most likely family members from the people who work there. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely ridiculous they lie about referrals being done your waiting years for medication (had to stop for a while ) they give u a call time between 1-6 and call after 8pm receptionist are stuck up think they run the surgery. Won’t get a appointment for a month if u are I’ll have no hope you’ll be cured by the time u are better
