Can’t thank the pharmacy enough. Struggled with an ear infection so gave them a call. Appointment was given for half an hour after my call, and antibiotic drops prescribed. Efficient, friendly and saved me a doctors trip. Hearing restored for Christmas. Thank you all.

There is one nice staff member. The rest are incredibly rude. Some staff members have made micro-aggressive racial comments to a family member. The constant eye-rolling, walking away while you’re talking. Blatant disregard for what you are saying. I’ve had another experience today where both a family member & I have left outraged by the lack of customer service because the two staff members have made us feel like dirt on the bottom of their shoes.

Really disappointed by the service today. Requested repeat prescription; gave them an extra day to ensure it would be ready; arrived to pick up (close to, but before, closing time) to be told to ‘hurry up’; greeted inside by at least 10 staff, none of whom seemed to want to deal with me. Tills were already turned off (again, before closing time) so it seemed convenient when I was told my prescription ‘wasn’t ready’. It was clear that they weren’t interested in getting it ready - even a day after it was supposed to be - so I am now without my medication until they can get one box of tablets together on Monday. If you have a choice, I would use an alternative pharmacy that values your custom - I’ll be looking to do so in future.

On travelled from Wales I realised I'd forgot my medication. Evans Pharmacy was my nearest option, they were very busy but the staff provide an exceptional service. The pharmacist Lisa Pentelow was happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble, Lisa made all necessary arrangements, phone calls etc. to produce the script and supply my medication. A big thank you to all.

The staff in this pharmacy is nothing short of inept. They show absolutely no care or consideration to their customers/patients what so ever & have a serious inability to effectively manage stock & communicate with customers/patients in relation to stocking issues with medication. Despite requesting medication on the 12th September with ample time for ordering and dispensing, I am again, for the SECOND time left without medication & absolutely no communication from a single staff member to advise they don’t have it & can’t order it. This is 1 time too many. The level of sheer incompetence is absolutely unfathomable. On top of this, they have provided a print out of my prescriptions, with all 3 on one form which now means I can’t go to multiple pharmacies to collect my medication due to this shortage.
I will also add that when I last collected my medication in august I notified the staff of this happening due to the expiration of the patent & clearly, this was ignored and absolutely no provisions were made to ensure the medication was available to me. The entitled, judgemental attitude of the staff in the pharmacy is nothing short of appalling & the last time this happened, I was accused of abusing my medication & then accused of not putting my request in with enough time, when at that point it was a week prior.
Let me make this perfectly clear, customers or patients are absolutely not responsible for your inability to run a pharmacy or your staff properly. This is a small village, people talk, there is a reason you have such a high staff turn over. Discriminating against people for the medication they take & treating them with disdain isn’t acceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Avoid this cesspit at all costs unless you want to be treated appallingly, gaslit & denied medication due to their incompetence.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this pharmacy - I came in incredibly distressed, and panicked, as I fell ill on my way through the town by Bus and was unable to get back to where I needed to be.

The staff made sure I was safe, offered everything they could possibly do, and got me to a point where I was able to make it back to the next leg of my journey after a morning of just walking around Castle Donington panicking and struggling.

I cannot fault the team here, they're all stars.

The pharmacy is always very busy being the only one around so they cover a wide area but the staff provide an exceptional service. They and pharmacist always happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble

Very good service. Quite a strange place as it looks quiet from the front but when you go through the door there is a hive of activity.
Staff very attentive and all on a mission rushing around. Kindly they brought my stuff out to me as I had my dog who likes to slip her collar when tied up.
