The consultant I saw was very professional.
Different story regarding his secretary and the reception staff!
I received a letter addressing me has a female ,a condition that I haven't got plus a list of medical conditions that didn't apply to me.
On approaching the reception staff they gathered round like a pack of wolves and closed rank stumbling over various reasons for the breach of confidentiality! and typing errors!
Then the consultant rang the receptionist about the letter we received.
She clearly couldn't find our contact details or she seriously needs to go to spec savers!
Eventually we managed to speak to the hospital manager who reasured us that it will be dealt with.
I really hope so,I know what the NHS is like for brushing things under the carpet.
I no longer trust the secretary and the reception staff need serious retraining or sacking.

I had an unexpected overnight stay at Euxton Hall, after a foot operation. All the staff were well trained, polite, friendly and caring. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was very nicely presented and tasty.

I had my Gall bladder removed on the 2nd October and I would like to say a Big Thankyou to Surgeon, Anesthetist,and my lovely nurse Chloe ,and all who may have assisted,
From the moment I walked in on the day I was shown to my room by a lovely lady ,I was put at ease by Chloe my (nurse) and was treated with care and respect by every one whom I came across...Big Thankyou to all ,I am at home now recovered well ..So here's to you all ..Wonderful, fantastic hospital ,couldn't of asked for anymore......Mrs Linda Daniels ..?❤️❤️

I'm sitting here about to head home after gall bladder removal.
Today was a superb example of quality care from a really attentive team. I can't speak highly enough of all of the team I have met today. Thet made a good experience out of something that I was so nervous about.
The hospital itself felt spotlessly clean, organised and relaxed. I hope not to have to come back here again but if I do I know I would be in good hands.

Shocking communication within the private sector at this hospital. Never return messages left on voicemails not just once but 3 times. In the end after trying to get an answer about various things etc our insurance company have even sent us to another hospital and logged a complaint. Husband complained to private patient email two weeks ago about his whole experience and never received even a reply. Would definitely not waste anymore time or money at this Hospital.

Had Hernia surgery, Wish everything was as easy of this, checked in, waited 5 mins, shown to my own private room which was clean, light and quiet. 1 Hour later was in surgery which went smoothly. Put back in my room to rest until i was ready to go. Special thanks to the nurse who looked after me Pre and port op Hannah Lee.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a total hip replacement. From start to finish the experience was first class. The staff were all exemplary, professional, caring and friendly. The nurses, led by Linda, were brilliant, I also have to mention Jane, Karen and Sarah who looked after me. I was under the care of Mr Phaltankar, who is superb, and my anesthetist was Dr Ahmed, ably assisted by the chatty and reassuring Reg Howard. Special mention for Stephanie in Recovery who was excellent. Overall a great experience. Thank you

Very nice from outside, parking is a hit and miss but overall good experience.. staff are friendly.
