Genius, absolute genius.

The food is IMMACULATE. You cannot compare any take away or restaurant to this place.

Took 3 to get there and I’d do it again. Daily.

From the meats to the mac and cheese, you haven’t eaten food like this before… until you have been here and eaten, you don’t know what delicious is.

The staff inside 10/10 the food 10/10

If there’s an award for best food in the UK, these guys deserve it

Very good treatment and not too bad a waiting time (1 hour). The only criticism is the unnecessary and long check in questions. I had a minor injury and am IT savvy but I can't imagine the frustration I'd experience if either or both of those things weren't the case.

Thank you very much to all the lovely staff that help to see my dad this morning and hopefully get him on the mend with his breathing your smiles and kindness was greatly appreciated from when we first walked in firstly from the lovely kind and caring receptionist, who gave me reassurance when i was a blubbering mess, then to lovely kind and caring triage nurse and very caring Dr who explained the situation to my dad and gave him a good check over your all amazing so thank you all again 😊

took my daughter as she couldn’t breath. seen straight away. very through, out her on a nebuliser for 1 hour and gave her antibiotics. very friendly.

Very refreshing for a healthcare centre to be well run, polite and efficient! Visited today for the first time with our little boy who has been a little unwell. We were called through by Lisa after only waiting for 20 minutes. She was so calm and patient with our little boy and in no way made us feel rushed with our appointment! Please pass on our thanks to Lisa! You’re doing an incredible job!

Needed to access the services of the Urgent Treatment Centre Team today, I checked in at 8a.m, friendly, approachable and very helpful staff. Efficient. George listened with patience, professionalism and infinite care to my symptoms, his manner was completely reassuring. Examination conducted, Blood tests and so on done and results came swiftly. Prescription issued and I was home by 9.30 am. with treatment for my physical problem and a considerably more peaceful mind! Could not recommend more highly. I cannot thank them enough, especially George. If you need help, don’t hesitate to go through their doors!

After visiting this centre twice with breathing problems,I would like to thank all the staff who have been absolutely brilliant showing respect and care i have never encountered before in the nhs.it would make the nhs great again if all aspects of nhs could adopt not only their absolute policy of being respectful which is reciprocated by the patient as they feel listened to. Please NHS managersTake a look at the way this centre is run and make them available in every town and do awayrwy with GPS surgeries that cannot see sick people unless you are clairvoyant and you know you will be ill in a few weeks time when an appointment will be available!
