I have used Estuary View on a few occasions and each time their care has been faultless-and very professional and efficient.The chap on the door who guides you to where you need to be is especially friendly and helpful. Most recently I had a minor operation carried out by Dr Ruff-he along with his lovely nurse Jodie were so kind and caring putting me at ease immediately. Thank you. I can’t praise this practice highly enough.

This is an excellent centre where the needs of the patient are put first. I had a very good experience seeing a nurse practitioner, then a blood test was fitted in immediately and the next day is a chest x-ray.
So efficient and no time wasted with paper work/referrals. Really the rest of rhe NHS could learn from the patient-focused approach here and the rapid service. First rate!

Estuary View is a truly outstanding setting. I attended recently with an urgent but not serious issue. The triage was excellent: identifying the problem. I was then seen by a clinician who saw me for less than 5 minutes and made a prescription. I was out within 25 minutes. This reflects my previous experience.

While I was at Estuary View I heard other patients being triaged and having consultations promptly. It is clear to me as a patient this setting is very well managed with staff who know how to do their jobs and deliver care in an efficient, friendly, patient-focused way. My only (minor) critical comment is about the patient toilets: they are in need of repair. Thank you.

Went their today for a ultrasound scan staff were very calming and helpful. My appointment was on time.plenty of parking places also wheel chair accessibility.Its a NHS Medical centre

I would like to thank Estuary View and in-particular Mrs Tracy Bond, for the wonderful care and how they looked after me. They were very quick, efficient and friendly with how I was treated. In and out in under 40 minutes after I came off my bike quite badly. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and amazing! Friendly but professional, polite and calming.

The place is clean and there’s chilled water while you wait.

Check in via the iPad was ok, but so many questions before they ask you what is wrong and what happened, but all info is transmitted to the team and they also found my NHS record easily - so if it beats handwritten forms to fill in, I’d still think it was better.

Overall, I don’t want to say I’d be glad to come back because that would suggest I’m sick or injured, but it wouldn’t worry me if I did have to. Hats off to the staff!

Had a Ct scan today at Estuary view in the mobile unit. The service was fantastic the people were so kind and efficient. Especially the nurse who put my cannula in. He was gentle and sensitive and very kind.
