I started my hair regrow treatment 7 months ago and i finished last month, I did my scalp examination and my hair improved alot! all my baby hair are grown now and my scalp looks so healthy and my hair so dense! I used to pull my hair for years due to stress and I wouldn’t imagine they grow back so healthy! The clinic itself is super clean and all the doctors and therapists are amazing there, I felt like I was treated like a queen each time I was visiting, Also they are super flexible with the bookings, I had to cancel or reschedule so many times due to my job, But they were always available to sort it out for me, I recommend it to everyone who wants to see the real results.

Like some of the other people here, I was ambushed and pressured into booking a package/treatment following a consultation, in hindsight I wish I thought more about which treatment to go with.
Having been to other clinics and had other treatments in the past, I feel like I’ve overpaid for the service and treatment. I booked a package of 6 - peels and microneedling, which set me back £1.5k, I only had 3 sessions of microneedling. Not that it was mentioned that I would receive 6 sessions but you’d assume at that price point you would.
Having finished my treatment now, I haven’t achieved the desired outcome I would’ve liked, which is annoying considering had I spent more time deciding, I know an alternative treatment would’ve given me the outcome I wanted at the same price. I was given options to change part way through but by then I had felt committed and was hoping for the best!
On the other hand, Jade is amazing! And the only positive part of my experience with este.
