100% recommend going to this clinic. I was seen at short notice, on time and the nurse Jackie was so sweet, gentle and caring. The tests where done promptly and I had no issues at all.

Leaving a review here as their online feedback system produces 'server error' message every time I try to fill it out:
Really amazing service overall. Very punctual appointment start time and no crowding at all at the clinic - very calm and supportive atmosphere. The nurses made me feel extremely comfortable and well-informed about my procedure (insertion of copper coil). I got an appointment on the day I wanted and at a convenient time, which they stressed I would be able to change if I wanted to.
I did the STI test they sent me as instructed in advance of my appointment. However, I was unable to access my STI test results via the online portal because my account was suspended because I accidentally used two email addresses (one ending in @gmail.com and one ending in @googlemail.com) which meant that they locked the account. So I ended up having to call up to access my results which was a little inconvenient.
Also, no pain relief or warning to take painkillers in advance of the coil insertion made the procedure extremely painful, far worse than expected.
But overall brilliant and will be using this service again.

I have been trying to be seen for almost 2 months now, kept getting told it is nothing something the clinic can help with multiple times, had medicine prescribed by an out of hours doctor which didn’t help, so clearly the issue isn’t what is presumed to be. I have been suffering with the issue for over 2 months. It’s affecting me physically and mentally at this point! I’m very disappointed in the service! I just want to find out what it is, and fix it but have had to put up with it for so long. Literally makes no sense how appointments are given a month in advance. Whenever I went to my local clinic, it always seems empty, so make that make sense.

If I could rate this place below 1 star I would. I’ve been sent in circles for weeks being told I couldn’t have my coil out, when I initially was told that it could come out whenever I wanted. This place told me, they don’t deal with contraception… what sort of sexual health provider is that.
When I told them brooks wasn’t taking appointments yet, they told me to contact them anyways.

I want to compliment the care I received. I called to book an appointment while the clinic was closed and left a voice message with my number asking them to call me back as I need to book an appointment to do a regular check up. I was surprised of the quick service and to be called and had my appointment in a week time. The lady on the reception checked my details and asked me to confirm all is correct. Nurse Michelle and the other senior nurse were both very polite and friendly . They both made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Thank you so much for taking great care of me.
