Fire Safety Awareness training:
The trainer was engaging and presented really well. He made the group feel comfortable and encouraged participation. The session was paced well and the handouts were good quality. The training content was interesting and informative. Thoroughly enjoyed the session.

From the moment we arrived for our First Aid training, we were made to feel welcomed. Admin and housekeeping was explained clearly and staff introduced.
Our trainer, Simon Porter, was very knowledgeable, using a range of materials: the course book; PowerPoint; videos; equipment; real life scenarios and examples and when appropriate humour. He also made the training relevant to our places of work.
The timings were spot on with break times for tea, coffee and biscuits and theory and practical activities throughout the day.
For me, another plus, was the accommodation of an alternative lunch - delicious salad instead of sandwiches.

The handling training was excellent. The trainer was very knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. She gave clear explanations, useful examples, and practical training, especially on using the hoist. It was a great learning experience, and I feel much more confident with the skills taught. I have recently completed my Moving and Handling yearly refresher for Train the Trainer. It was, as always, a well planned and enjoyable day. The trainer, Sam, is fantastic, she is enthusiastic and extremely helpful throughout the whole day. There is never a "silly question" and she has a skill for thinking outside of the box to reach safe and reliable conclusion to any problem we may bring up in the classroom setting.
