The reception area, with its artfully curated décor and soft, swirling scents, was nothing short of a balm for the senses. I felt immediately at ease, wrapped in a cocoon of calm that hinted at the luxurious experience to come.

I am not someone who habitually indulges in facials, let alone massages—life often has other plans—but this was a rare treat, and what a treat it turned out to be. Emma is always excellent . She has been doing my lip and chin waxing for many years now. But this time I also had a perfect treat treatment with Poppy. A facial and my nails done, a Birthday gift from my friend. Poppy was wonderful too and I shall be returning and recommending her and the treatment to my family and friends.

Anybody considering the mum to be massage should definitely go for it! I have just had a lovely full body massage from Amra, i am 21 weeks pregnant and now feel amazing and am definitely going to go back. She made me feel so at ease and easy to chat too, my whole body feels so relieved of tension and my baby girl was even kicking through the whole massage so definitely beneficial to both! Won’t hesitate to come back again thank you so much x

Massage was OK, thought bit too firm on neck, and pressing on bone painful.Room was cold, hot air supposedly but felt like air con so asked therapist to turn this off. The bed hardly warm so affected whole massage experience, maybe they could put a heater in room. Massage overall ok. Thanks Millie

Low quality work for nails and colour applying.
I did true Luxury pedicure £95 with Millie. Massage was ok, but applying of the gel was uneven, with some colour on the skin, very low quality. Salon offered the correction.
Correction was done with Amra. Better, but still not the quality that I’m expecting. Please see attached photos of corrected pedicure. (Photos of the first visit - much worse)
