Very disappointed my elderly mother on holiday needed an INR blood test! These are done internationally at any surgery .
Unfortunately Egton surgery refused to do it after taking away the appointment they had given us a few days earlier.
Which caused us unnecessary worry and an 8 mile trip to Whitby.
Where thankfully they helped us , and were very caring.

Had to visit the surgery whilst on holiday in Grosmont. I needed a blood test for my warfarin level (INR).
The surgery staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and even faxed my result to my local hospital in Suffolk. Many thanks.
