I found the staff to be very accommodating & helpful.
Dr Johnjo finally sorted out my “lung/chest problem” after having been attended to by two previous doctors.
Thank you Dr Johnjo, your urgent attention, prevented me from falling into the “BIG black hole” and now I can go back to work as I should 😂👍 very grateful I am DIB 🙏🏻

My granddaughter who is 13 months old was taken to urgent care 3 hours before it closed on Saturday the car park was empty, the door was locked, on buzzing explained the babies age and symptoms, in response was told rudely 'were at capacity go to a & e' and hung up, I would have understood if it had been close to end of surgery, not totally believable I hasten to add! This is not the 1st time I've heard about this total disregard of young babies health care!! POOR

Excellent service by very polite staff both admin and medical. Anybody moaning about the wait should try A&E at Darent Valley.

Sometimes in life you just have to wait your turn and be thankful that places like this still exist.

Visited A&E after picking up my daughter from school feeling very unwell. We were seen by a nurse after a 30-minute wait, who administered Calpol, but it was vomited out within minutes. It took another hour and a half before we were informed that we would be seen 'in a while', as my child felt increasingly tired and dizzy, eventually falling asleep with intense breathing. It was disheartening to see the lack of urgency in care. After lingering for over an hour with no substantial assistance, it's frustrating to think that this is the service funded by our taxes. There's a serious need for improvement.

Amazing service!

I was completely new to this hospital as I am a patient at a different surgery. When I tried calling my GP about an issue I was experiencing, they told me to go to urgent care.

I called this hospital asking if I could just turn up for an appointment and they said it was completely fine, lady on the phone was very nice as well.

When I turned up, I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen and I was in and out of the building within 30 minutes, the doctors were very friendly and calming as well.

HORRIBLE STAFF! We were waiting in urgent care from when they opened. Was seen after an hour and was told the Dr would call us back in. Was told by staff to stand outside as we were not patients. My partner had been fainting and had to give up her seat and stand outisde. We complained and said we were stupid by staff. What kind of care is that!

Had an appointment for a blood test in the morning. Although it is appointments only, there were 30 people in front of me. After a half an hour wait, only a few people were taken in so I had to leave for work, saying to them i will rearrange. Gave it a thought after leaving, and decided to pop in on lunch break - but my appointment had been cancelled by them. Was refused for the blood to be taken. When asked to speak to that person's manager, i was told there is no management there, and I have to speak to the Queen Elizabeth hospital. Avoid by all means - they are super slow / rude / don't even want to listen when you try to speak to them. Time waste, wish I could give no stars for the half a day I wasted because of them.
