Absolutely hopeless at basic administrative tasks. They cant even seem to put out a regular monthly statement and pay people on time. They put you on hold constantly and claim that the payment team is in a "meeting". They promose to call back and never call. They get paid from peoples allowances to administer accounts, yet another waste of council money.

Enham Trust is now a charity owned by a listed company called "Aster Group"

Took over Enham a year ago and felt like it was a disaster but out with the old and in with the new is starting to feel it may have made some changes for the better. Housing quality may still be questionable, large amount of investment may be required but that's something that can be worked on and "long term" plans are in place.

Public cafe with wide spaces, fast service & quality food at good prices. Disabled toilets for every need including hoists & adult changing table. Plenty of disabled parking & smooth flat level doorway with automatic doors. Plenty of clubs, associations & many events held. Post Office and general store in the middle of the village. Nature trail through the village that's child & disabled friendly. Historic village & in main building by the cafe both walls are loaded with historic photos & information going back to WWI. The village played a key part in WWII & built many things for the military by soldiers disabled from WWI.

Beautiful village with beautiful countryside almost wrapping the village.

Public transport links are not the best so use your legs or anything with wheels.

Absolutely appalling service, supposed to do my sons payroll. Completely messed it all up. Now looking at a huge hmrc bill. Its a nightmare. And they are refusing to help . Yet the council are paying them !!! thinking seriously of raising a complaint to a ombudsman

As a MP supporting people with learning disabilities in the community. Enham trust are shocking with paying for the support, coursing a lot of unnecessary stress for family, clients and the carer with paying. They have lack of ability to communicate correctly and never seem to know what’s going on, and pass the blame to SCC.

Fantastic charity, right on the doorstep for Andover residents. A whole range of support is available here and they have an on-site coffee shop. Worth visiting their website to see all the good stuff they do.

Although they don't seem highly regarded by the CQC, I was impressed when I went to visit. Residents were happy and could choose from a wide range of living environments. It seem well managed and well run.
