The doctors are lovely people but trying to get an appointment is a military operation. Patches doesn't work and when you try to ring you are told there is nothing they can do, you have to go through patches.
I talked to Ravee and he remained calm and professional even though I was frustrated with the whole patches system, it's not his fault that that is the set up he has been told to use.

Patches does not work. Staff once you get to speak to them are trying their best

I have been a patient at this surgery for almost 25 years and I think their PATCHS system to book appointments is the worst. First of all a sick person should not have to worry about going online at a particular time (8am or 2pm)to book an appointment. Secondly you can never get a slot in to book one. And when you call the surgery for help, the receptionist I spoke to named Ravi was so abrupt and cold. This surgery must seriously do something about this as it is giving a bad impression on the GP’s too. The GP’s are wonderful but the system and point of contact is pathetic!

I have been a patient at this practice for over 40 years. It has always been exceptionally efficient and caring. The doctors always go beyond expectation to ensure to the best of their ability that nothing is missed. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and do their best to solve any problems. I have never, ever been anything other than happy to have such an outstanding practice to attend.

I’m not registered with this surgery but I had an appointment with the dermatologist - Dr Sonal Shah. She was brilliant and thorough and it was a pleasure to be seen by her. I’m very jealous that she isn’t my regular doctor!
The practice itself seemed nice enough although I cannot comment as this was my first and probably only time visiting.
I was so pleased with my experience that I just had to give a 5 star review.

I’ve just moved away from this area and I’d like to express my delight and surprise of service from this GP. Over the two years I went here, majority of the doctors were attentive and the system they use (Patchs) for triaging and getting an appointment works extremely well. I’d like to shoutout to Dr Shah specifically who was extremely kind, caring and informative when I was going through a new diagnosis. I think the only negative from here was one of the receptionists attitude sadly who never was welcoming and made you feel like you were an inconvenience for asking for help sometimes 🙁

They have good services, receptionists are kind, doctors are knowledgeable and they do serve promptly. People need to follow tge patches instructions and log on their problems sharp at 8am & 2pm as informed on NHS app.

As a GP myself, I'm shocked at how rude and condescending reception staff are. Not helpful, lots of attitude - definitely not what a people facing role entails. While I waited another admin staff was rude to someone else in the waiting room - telling him he doesn't know how to fill in his own name on a form.

The clinical staff are EXCELLENT and this review is only a reflection on reception staff.

Initially I had some issues registering and getting an appointment.....but isnt that across the country?....When I was seen by Dr Takher, he listened, was thorough and sent me for all tests. Very good 👍🏼. Receptionist was fine and nurse was friendly.
