Loved having my Free Wellness Evaluation on Body Composition. Karen and Stephen at the Wellness Hub, Emsworth. They really care, know their business, and were so helpful. It was great to find out bone density, visceral fat, hydration, etc and to discover I came out excellent. That was a lovely bonus. However, is you don't do it, your just guessing what wrong/right with your health. Highly recommend it, it's empowering.

Myself and my partner were fortunate enough to have a health check carried out by Stephen. The first thing to note is his genuine, infectious and kind personality which shines through the moment you meet him.
Our wellness check up was extremely thorough, I wasn't just given a bunch of numbers and sent on my merry way. Stephen took his time to explain what everything was, what it means and what it means for us. Before any recommendations were made,
Stephen took the time to ask why we're were doing the wellness check and what we were looking to get out of it as a result to ensure we had the knowledge and understanding required to move forward for the right reasons.
We didn't feel any shame whatsoever, only positivity and guidance on next steps. We both felt completely comfortable and very informed.
I cannot recommend Stephen enough.
If you are looking to make some nutritional and healthy changes I would highly recommend a wellness check with Stephen.

I knew I needed to face facts and admit that I was rubbish at losing weight on my own. Meeting Stephen gave me that boost to make a real difference, to fully focus and get results. Within two weeks I noticed a difference in my weight but more so in my measurements. Stephen has been very supportive, offering lots of tips and advice which has kept me away from the crisp packets! He's taught me about healthy snacking and for the first time in a long time, I'm making all the right choices without thinking about it. Thanks Stephen...you'll soon be seeing less of me... literally! 😁.
