First class! Fidel visited my late uncle's house and I provided him with an inventory of the furniture that we needed to clear. A few months later when we exchanged contracts for the sale of the house Fidel arranged for six men and two vans to clear the house. They arrived on time, they were polite and completed the work in two hours. Perfect! Many thanks to Fidel and the team.

Firstly didn’t turn up to collect a sofa and coffee table without beig polite enough to let us know. A week later they came and refused a good clean sofa and a very nice modern oak coffee table that we paid £200 for, saying they have too many coffee tables and the sofa wasn’t good enough. Really rude and unprofessional behaviour from start to finish, and disappointed that two good items won’t go to those who might have benefited from them.
The people collecting say they have full discretion apparently despite us speaking initially to a polite gentleman on the telephone.

Fidel, Martin and the team did a fantastic job of clearing mum’s house last week! They were amazing! 6 blokes and the whole house cleared in just 2 1/2 hours in one skilful, smooth operation. And how they managed to fit it all in the 2 vans was a wonder to behold! We are very grateful that they were so helpful and efficient, and made it as easy as possible.
And it’s good to know the contents will do some good for homeless people locally. Mum would like that.

This is a superstore with two floors. Ground floor is selling furniture while the other is selling clothes, kitchen utensils, haberdashery and etc. I enjoyed my shopping here every week!

Emmaus Hastings and Rother is one of the largest Emmaus stores in the chain. They have multiple locations in East Sussex and they are charity that supports people to work their way out of homelessness, providing meaningful work, training, support and a stable home for as long as someone needs it.
Fantastic organisation that sells furniture clothing homewares and much more. This store has 2 floors and a area in the car park with items. I think they collect in vans too. Always has friendly helpful staff.
