I would like to take just a few minutes to review this service. Initially as a family we were not given any choice about using this care service. From the initial introduction from Ruth to the first care call provided - it sort of worked for us. The carers were prompt, attentive and very professional . The carers communicated with us well, voiced any concerns and gave us tips on what was needed to care for mum at home. They helped us as much as they helped mum. I feel I must mention Irene and Sarah who were there to the end and gave free cuddles all round when they were very much needed. I am happy our paths crossed - such lovely people.

Absolutely embarrassed to say these have cared for my mum, broke an item within the property and won't pay for it, asked for the past 6 months for a care plan still not got it to this day, and this very day had a phone call I was blackmailed and dictated to me about what my responsibilities are with my mum on how i should do things and while on the phone to me they answered another call (I don't know if it was ended when they started talking to me) surely some breach of GPDR there but that shows how they are not interested in caring other than just getting paid there is practically a different carer everyday and I sent numerous messages stating the issue above and they read them with in minutes and don't reply at all so I will be taking further action and will be avoiding recommending your company you should be ashamed how I was treated on that phone call

What a joke this place is the management team set interviews up and can5 be bothered to show up or be on the office so how do they care for service users
