I have had several laser hair removal sessions, including for my chin and the back of my neck. Unfortunately, the hair was removed excessively from the back, leaving the area completely hairless. So far, the hair has not grown back. This has happened to me twice.
It’s really annoying.
I do not recommend it

Really impressed with this clinic. I’ve had full body laser treatment and a couple of hydrafacials. The results speak for themselves - massive reduction in hair growth and glowing skin!

The clinic follows professional procedures and staff explain all treatments thoroughly. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate the honesty at this clinic - if they don’t think you need certain treatments, they will advise you accordingly. You can really trust their advice.

I have been coming to Eminent Skin and Beauty for just over a year now for facial laser treatments, and I cannot recommend the clinic enough. When you first walk into the building, the receptionist is very friendly, and you do not have to wait for more than 60 seconds before you are requested to make your way up to the floor where the clinic is. Upon arrival you are always greeted by the most warm and welcoming staff and no matter how long and busy day they have had, the qualified practitioners always welcome you with a smile, offer you some refreshments and ask how your day has been. I would review this 5 stars alone just on the customer service aspect.

The Laser practitioners are highly qualified professionals and the treatments carried out are to high standard with the customer’s comfort, safety and well-being in mind. The laser hair removal treatment has worked 100% for me , and all expectations are set within your consultation in what can be expected, treatment plans, price points and recommendations are made without the pushy sales tactics which is welcomed. They are also extremely organised in sending appointment reminders and accommodating regarding timings.

This is an excellent clinic that not only offers amazing laser hair removal services, but also Hydra-facial's which I’ve also had and could not fault the service and treatment and would 100% recommend the clinic for all of your beauty needs you will not be disappointed ?

This is an exemplary Skin & beauty clinic where staff make you feel very welcome and at ease from the word go. I have been getting hair removal from several areas of my body and facial treatments for about a year now. Both female practitioners are fully qualified , highly professional and very competent at using the laser and facial machines. From initial consultation and patch testing, filling out medical healthcare forms right the way to the full treatment and aftercare, a through and professional procedure is followed.
