I've always been apprehensive and a bit afraid of going to the dentist but I can't recommend this dental practice enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The environment is clean, modern, and comfortable, which put me at ease right away.

Madalina is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood all of my treatment options. They were gentle, thorough, and truly made me feel like a priority during my visit. I never felt rushed, and they answered all of my questions with patience and care.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort. The entire team genuinely cares about their patients' well-being, and it shows in every aspect of their service.

It was my first time at Emicare and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. All staff were very friendly and professional, firstly being warmly greeted at reception. I was seen by Dr Madalina and her professionalism and knowledge of dentistry is second to none. She explains everything and doesn't make you feel rushed showing me Emicare genuinely care about their customers. Her assistant was also very pleasant and professional. Also the surgery is modern and super clean which I believe says alot within itself. I'm so glad I've found my new go to dentist and would highly recommend Emicare.
