The worst complaint handlers - I have been emailing numerous times after a patient under their care in a rehabilitation house decided to slash one of my car tyres during a mental health episode - they are refusing to take any accountability nor provide any reassurance to local residents that we are safe. I’m having to resort to leaving a bad review as they are just using GDPR as a reason for not providing any decent response or providing insurance details despite us having CCTV of the incident
