Like many, I was initially a bit hesitant, as we often expect to see a doctor for health concerns. However, from the moment my consultation began, I felt truly heard and valued.

Mandy took her time to understand my concerns, listened with genuine empathy, and provided clear, structured medical advice that was both reassuring and informative. She explained everything in a way that made sense, ensuring I left with a full understanding of my condition and next steps.

Amazing GP. Maybe the only functional remaining GP in London. Compassionate doctors available on the same day and even after work. Prescriptions always filled in a few hours. Way better at treating complex mental health conditions and neurological disabilities than my old GPS. Conveniently located around the corner from a fantastic Pharmacy which always has my adhd meds in stock.

If I could give more stars, I would. I had my blood test done by Champa and Kasia, they were both so so lovely! Made me feel at ease by starting a conversation during the blood extraction, I’ve left a review with the GP but I’m doing it again on Google so everyone can see how lovely and sweet they are. I hate blood tests but they were so accommodating that I would happily let them do it for me again and again haha

The doctor( i think) when she called me in room 001 she was so ne interested and rude with me. Even she didn t listen or to speak nice.Looking just in the screen. And also i didn t solve my problem. And i need to book again appointment. I

Recently visited Elm Tree GP Surgery and had a great experience. I was able to book a quick appointment – called at 12 and got in by 4 pm the same day. Even though I was 20 minutes late, the doctor still saw me, which I really appreciated. The environment was welcoming, with sanitiser and masks available at the entrance. The receptionist, Amrita, was very friendly and helpful. The clinic was nice, clean, and well-organised. Overall, the professionalism and care from the staff made me feel valued as a patient. Thank you for the excellent service!

Really obnoxious GP practice. They don’t take your issues seriously at all and even if you are moderate social drinker they will write off all your issues as “you drink too much that’s the problem”.

They also have an asinine police of taking at least 1-2 complete business days to give specialist referral which they won’t make an exception to even if your condition is serious.

Several of the team members who answer the phone are extremely rude.

If you have the option of a different GP in your catchment zone take it.
