Dr Dimple Shah is courteous, sympathetic and kind whenever I see her.
She always treats me with respect, never dismisses my concerns and always addresses them, whether it is discussing my treatment, dosages of medication, and if necessary, checking medical info to allay my fears.

I always feel happy and reassured after seeing her.

If all Doctirs were like Dr Shah, I’m sure most patients would feel like me!

I joined this practice a couple of months ago, and unfortunately, I've had to reach out to them a few times for both myself and my daughter. However, I am incredibly grateful for the care and kindness we have received. They have been prompt with appointments and efficient in arranging further referrals.
Hopefully it will always be like this.

We usually find the practice very good and Dr Carly Szasz is absolutely amazing and we can’t speak highly enough of her.

Unfortunately today was not a good experience from other members of the team as I was trying to sort out a pain medication prescription. After having a back surgery few weeks ago I saw dr Szasz to set things up so I don’t have a problem requesting medication around Christmas time which I was worried about. All was set by Dr Szasz and on Friday 20.12.24 I sent an e-consult to request more paracetamol and pregabalin. Firstly it was outright refused by dr Claudia Clark saying we can get paracetamol over the counter and the pregabalin request was too early. I sent another econsult to clarify that I am requesting early as will be away from home around Christmas time and I will run out before returning and paracetamol OTC is problematic as a lot of places only sell like 2 boxes max at a time and that only lasts me a few days. This request was also refused.
I then had to phone reception who sent a message to the doctor after which I was told that paracetamol has now been issued. Had to make another phone call to clarify pregabalin and receptionist confirmed it was not issued. Silvana kindly spoke to the pharmacist about this and confirmed it will be sorted and she apologised for this.
It seems that my second econsult was either not read at all or not understood by whoever was dealing with it. Such a shame that it was so difficult to sort out something so simple.

I don’t want to complain but I do hope that this can be reflected upon by the practice so these situations can be avoided in the future.

This is the best GP surgery I have experienced in the country and I have moved homes and GPs a few times as a student and for work. From face to face appointments to being able to speak to a doctor as early as same day depending on urgency. This surgery is no faffing around - offers the best solution within their reach and takes time to explore options. Yes the service from reception and certain nursing staff might not always be spot on (I’ve had worse at other surgeries), but the team of doctors make up for the shortcomings of all the mini hicups.Dr. Pandit and Dr. Kelishker are absolute gems.
I do not hesitate to recommend this surgery to anyone I know. They have been super helpful all through COVID too when most GPs found every reason not to see patients at a time when people needed their doctors the most - this was the only surgery in my knowledge that worked relentlessly to help patients.
Thank you to all the doctors and practice managers for running a service as it should be in both good times and bad.

Since moving to Hatch End at the end of 2023, I have had such a positive experience from the Elliot Hall Medical Centre as my GP practice. All the staff there, from receptionists, those answering the 'phone lines, nurses and doctors are all so friendly, helpful and efficient. I had major surgery in March 24 and they EHMC have been exceptional in their care and support for me leading up to the surgery and the after care. A particular mention goes to Dr. Sanjay Joshi who is an exceptional Doctor who goes above and beyond, he really is the best doctor I have ever had in my life! No matter what condition I've had, minor or major, he really does care and support me the best way he can. I never feel rushed in my consultations and the kindness received is greatly appreciated. In my 50 years experience of doctor's surgeries in Berkshire and Surrey (where I have lived before), the EHMC stand out by far for their outstanding care, hospital referrals, nurse appointments, etc., and follow ups, I feel very lucky to be living in Hatch End to be a patient at the EHMC. They deserve every award and much recognition for their wonderful services.

“The Doctor was very pleasant and professional. I had appointment with Dr Najah Pandit today, she is very helpful and listen to my questions and give good advice. Every time when we go she always smile and make us comfortable.Also on few occasions when myself or husband had to use patches online Dr Najah has been able to see us and act upon it. Dr Sarah Nandlal is an excellent GP, very thorough, knows what’s going on and correctly advises/prescribes. Seen her a few times now, so has my mum, so efficient and knowledgable! Thanks as always 🙂 Simple to make appointments through Patchs too

Most organised and the face to face appointments with doctors are available which is rare these days elsewhere.
