The place is easily located. Safe, clean and they provide parking which is important if you drive. The staff are lovely and welcoming. I have had a number of treatments with Dr Shirin and team, and my experiences there have completely exceeded my expectations.
Dr Shirin is an extremely knowledgeable and informative professional, who utilises a welcoming, warm and friendly approach. This ensures effective communication and therefore the best treatment for the client. I felt completely comfortable in a very short space of time and the conversations were more like talking to a best friend than a doctor.

The other team members, including reception staff and assistants, were all equally welcoming and the atmosphere there is easy and relaxed.

The clinic is incredibly clean and hygienic, there is free parking outside, and amazing benefits for regular clients, as well as discounts for advance bookings.

Dr Shirin and team really are amazing. I am lucky to have found this clinic and would recommend it to anyone.

Is it value for money? Absolutely.

After recent TV appearances including This Morning, they are now busier and I would recommend booking early.

My experience with Elite honestly lives up to the name of the clinic! Fantastic service. I suffer with a condition called Lichen Sclerosis and it is quite a painful condition that at times has become quite debilitating. In a time where my condition became the worst it ever had been, i desperately searched for alternative treatments which is when i found out about PRP treatments for LS. I booked my consultation and had a chat with Dr Ismaili and felt looked after from there on. On the day of my treatment the doctor and her lovely assistant, Ellie treated me so well and made sure to check in to ensure i was comfortable throughout the process. Can’t thank the team enough.
