Be cautious before joining or engaging with this place. Management is chaotic, and there’s a clear lack of support for staff — even after serious incidents. Payroll issues were common , with delays or missing payments. Morale is low, and new staff are often encouraged to leave glowing reviews before they’ve had time to understand how things really work. This isn’t just a tough work environment — it’s a toxic one.

I worked with this company for over a year, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. If you’re considering employment here or looking for support services for a loved one, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research first.

During my time there, serious safety and management issues were ongoing. On multiple occasions, unauthorized individuals gained access to the premises, which housed vulnerable adults. In one alarming case, someone used a crowbar to break in during the day. These incidents happened because the company allegedly failed to pay rent to landlords, despite collecting rent-related funds. This resulted in threats, property damage, and severe anxiety for both staff and service users.

Staff were often left to manage these high-risk situations alone, without proper support from management. People were also placed in shared spaces without clear background checks or consideration for the safety of others. This understandably had a serious impact on the mental health of the residents.

Another major concern was the repeated pressure placed on service users to sign multiple tenancy agreements, even when they expressed discomfort. Staff were routinely asked to complete new housing benefit forms—at times it felt more like working in a housing office than a care service.

What was especially upsetting was the level of dishonesty I witnessed firsthand. In meetings with social workers, members of management often gave misleading or inaccurate information. As a staff member, this put us in an incredibly difficult position—we knew the truth but felt unable to speak up without risking our jobs.

From what I observed, the focus seemed to be more on financial gain than on providing quality care. Communication from management was often negative and unconstructive, and concerns raised by staff were routinely ignored. Morale among employees was low, and many felt unsafe and unsupported in their roles.

Overall, this was not a safe or positive environment for staff or the vulnerable people we were meant to support. I hope this feedback encourages more oversight and accountability within the organization.

This company is a bunch of liars they are nothing but disgusting people the manger is amazing and funny but it’s the staff he hires, all they do is manipulate us residents and they forced me to take down my last comment down, and last night my red fire alarm went off and I rang night staff to ask them if they could come down and they refused and me and my partner asked the team leader what we could do, and the team leader said "can you break the alarm"
And we said "we don't want any come back" and now the head leader is now billing me all because the team leader is now living about her saying we could break it, and this company is a joke, the flat I'm in is an absolutely joke, me and my partner have had enough they are nothing but lairs and manipulate controlling freaks, they don't care about their residents they just care about is there money, don't get me wrong, the big boss is great but the staff he hires just are jokes, it's disgusting behaviour, honestly, ALSO STAFF NEVER PICK UP THIER PHONE, IT DOESNT MATTER IF U RING SEVERAL TIMES THEY DONT ANSWER, ITS GETTING BEHOND THE JOKE,

Was only there a month, everything they said they, they wasn't, no support for anyone even when I was hit in the face by a client, took team leads over 3 days and offer any support and made me feel bad. If you want to protect your own sanity you won't work for oxygen
