Fantastic atmosphere to learn kickboxing, boxing, or general personal training. The trainers are really friendly and will listen to what you want to get out of sessions. They tailor a plan to what you want - for me it was boxing technique. Really good value for money and David is really good at getting the best out of you.

Absolutely Amazing and the best gym I've been to by far. Its a Kickboxing Academy also so its a lot more then your standard gym. If you love to working out and have and amazing motivational environment then this is the place for you.

I have also filmed a music video here because it worked perfect with my song and the staff are friendly and always happy to help, the customer service I received is 110%

I would definitely highly recommend to everyone.

My 2 children go here each week for kickboxing lessons and they love it. The staff are very approachable and always do all they can to help.
The equipment and facilities are also top notch and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
I also have personal training here which again is brilliant and I look forward to going each time.

Personal Training at Elemental Fitness is great fun. The training complements and improves my mountainbiking, and the eone-to-one encouragement has helped me hit goals. It really breaks my week up and helps me to de-stress from work.

My 9yr old daughter joined EKA over the summer, for the beginner classes and also
1-1 sessions and she absolutely loved it!
David and all the instructors were so friendly and encouraging, but at the same time they were able to push her to meet new goals, while keeping the sessions fun.
What really impressed me was how their training not only helps with physical fitness, but also cognitive abilities. My daughter has autism, ADHD and dyspraxia, so I wasn’t sure how she’d take to kickboxing.
But the team at EKA were amazing with her and I was astounded with the progress she made in just 6 weeks.
Their knowledge, skill & patience blew me away and I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND EKA!

I have used this gym since it's inception. The trainers are high quality, very knowledgeable and patient. The facilities are excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get fitter, lose a few pounds or improve their kickboxing skills.

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS*
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS AWFUL SO CALLED GYM.
You can’t use their cardio equipment when having PT as apparently their so called warranties don’t extend beyond 4hrs usage per day. The equipment makes worrying noises when you use it and I believe this a Health and Safety issue, areas are not in use as they are too wet and so there is hardly any space to utilise.
Tried to resolve it on numerous occasions, the owner doesn’t offer refunds even when the equipment / facilities are not fit for purpose.
One of the e-mails took over 9 days for them to have the courtesy to respond.
He’s obviously desperate to keep over £200 of mine instead of refunding my money.
Whatever you do, DO NOT go near this awful place.

*Also, just bear in mind that they bribe people with a free PT session if they put really good reviews on different social media*

Excellent PT Package that includes martial arts, functional fitness and strength based training all in one! James is an excellent PT - dedicated, persistent and adaptable. He worked very well with me to help me achieve my goals and knew how to push me!
