High praise to all the teams at SWLEOC for my care yesterday. Everyone was professional and I felt so looked after. Mr Little (surgeon) and the anaesthetist explained everything throughly and listened to my questions. Nurse Jayson in recovery was great. He made me laugh as well as ensuring my recovery was well monitored. Thank you all.

Wonderful staff, polite, efficient and happy to keep your spirits up. I had my first total knee replacement by Mr Osman, and it was honestly a great experience. Makes me a lot less nervous for knee no 2. Fantastic centre, would recommend highly.

I have had Both My Feet Operated on and from Start to Finish Absolutely Excellent Care from the Nurses and the Staff and Surgeons Mr Hamilton and His Registrar were so Lovely and so was The anaesthetist. And when I was I Recovery My Nurse Called Mary she was so Lovely as I felt a bit Sick and she gave me an Anti Sickness injection which Helped. The 2 physiotherapists where Lovely and put me through my paces. I would Recommend Sweleoc to Everyone. I was so scared going in, if I have to have another Surgery again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come in. A Lovely caring Team. Denise Lang.

Just wanted to drop a huge thank you to all at SWLEOC Hand ward (in particular Mr Ellahee, Sarah from the dressings team and Leslie) who have not only done a great job with my recent hand surgery but have been incredibly accommodating and reassuring in the post op period. Nothing ever seemed to be too much hassle and they have made sure I’ve felt in very trusted hands throughout.

Very nice team at sweloc for following reasons.

1- hospitality was great.
2- phsio Dr Callum was of great service plus very detailed and user friendly instructions.
3- Dr Dena and his team was great that they looked after my mother really well. Make her operation / surgery as seamless as possible.
4- Nurse Kirsty and her team were very friendly and of great service.
5- Hospital and its facilities were nice and very well organised.
6- They have all required equipment, services and infrastructure to help with orthopaedic needs of patients.
7- Not to forget, the multi cultural team whether xray, treats menu is all accommodating.

Well done everyone to make it a really good experience for our family.

This is my 3rd visit to SWELEOC, and as always it excells itself. So efficient and professional. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much of a problem. Highly recommend.

I had a total knee replacement by Mr Kinmont two weeks ago after being on standby and called in the same day The care was superb. From the pre operative assessment to being discharged it was faultless. What a wonderfully streamlined process, despite the fact that I had to stay a little longer due to a reaction to the post op drugs. The staff without exception were knowledgeable, caring, efficient and professional. Communication with the hospital in general was excellent. Every single member of staff that I encountered was polite, helpful and efficient.
This standard of care is sadly hard to come
by in some other hospitals and puts my local hospital to shame. Well done Epsom 👏

Just had my 2nd total hip replacement and again must say you will not get any better treatment from the reception team up to the surgeon.
Al go's like clock work such wonderfull.staff.
