I never imagined I'd need a care package but major health issues earlier this year left it impossible to cope on my own any more. I was allocated a care company by the local authorities and really did not enjoy the experience. I eventually switched to Eleanor Care and was immediately put at ease by the manager Emma and then the first care assistant who visited who was friendly and went through what was needed etc and what i wanted from them. Since then we have built a fantastic relationship and they support my needs superbly with the minimum of fuss and are always happy to go the extra mile if my needs change etc.
In addition to my physical needs they also keep my home clean and tidy with special mention to Chloe who keeps the place spotless alongside her other duties.
I don't write reviews as a rule but I felt moved to recommend their services as it is so rare to find such a great company with fabulous and professional care assistants and pro active management. Highly Recommended

All the staff are friendly, kind and efficient in everything they do, to ensure the service user gets the best care and independence in their day to day lives.
