What a great company to work for ! It is built on strong values, culture and person-centred approaches. ECS offers comprehensive training to its staff to enhance quality care. Information dissemination is on point, all employees know what they’re expected of and are well informed on person centred care and use least restrictive approaches. Environment for the clients is set according to comprehensive risk assessments that provide safety to both service users and staff. Staff wellbeing is regularly checked on through an open line and staff are always free to share their experiences and challenges and get help accordingly. Office staff are very friendly and professional, hardworking and knowledgeable, what a complete company!

Sent random guys in my kids bedrooms every hour on the first 3 evenings. Never seen any proof of being in UK. Let alone my daughter waking up to a different bloke in her bedroom every evening. Plus they ran up a 3K bill on my electric and refused to pay it. Avoid at all costs!!
