I would like to give special thanks to Dan and Ellie from the Stowmarket ambulance service for the help they gave my Mum on Sunday. They were both excellent. They arrived promptly, are extremely professional, very friendly and put everyone at ease... oh and have a great sense of humour. They were attentive at all times and stayed with Mum until she was handed over to the medical staff at WSH.

Yesterday, 5/10/23 was thankfully the first time in my 78 years that I have needed an ambulance. I want to commend the Stowmarket Ambulance Service for its excellent work. In particular the thee members who came to our home to attende to my concerns. The ambulance arrived in record time, no more than several minutes. My grateful thanks to Craig, Wilma and Bob for their professionalism, care and friendliness - they made a worrying situation bearable by their calming presence. This three employees are a credit to the Stowmarket Ambulance Service.
