Calling at 8am, waiting on hold and being told at 8:40am that all that day’s appointments have gone with nothing else available for four days is an insult to patients. Final straw for me. I’m changing practice. Getting friends and family to do the same. We don’t have to accept lousy service!

Thank You Dr Aktar, you have been exceptional in helping me with my health, arranging tests and your caring nature, you're a credit to the surgery. I know appointments are sometimes unavailable but i feel as though im finally getting somewhere. I appreciate everything the whole team at Eden Medical Group has done to help.

The surgery is an absolute joke. They don't care about patients. When you know someone who rings up for help and they say. They don't have anyone. You need to wait till Saturday. Absolute joke of a surgery. No wonder there is a lot of people who don't get help.

My husband tried to make an appointment today regarding a problem and to discuss test results. After waiting 30 minutes he was told there wasn't any appointments today or tomorrow and perhaps it would be better to ring back on Monday which was 4 days away. He was also told they didn't have any doctors to see patients at this particular time and there was nothing they could do. This is and on going problem at this practice. Rude receptionists, ignoring the phone, no appointments, no doctors, the level of service is third world.

Ordered my repeat prescription on Monday, Friday and it’s not even been authorised by a clinician. This was something that previously had a 24 hour turn round. When I phoned to enquire was advised to call 111 fur an emergency prescription which to me is a misuse of the 111 service. No advice shown on website to inform patients that the prescription service is taking longer than normal. The service from this practise is letting patients down badly very disappointing after being with Eden since their beginning

i called for a GP appointment regarding a shoulder injury, the receptionist refered me to the in house physiotherapist. who assed my injury and advised a treatment plan, after several weeks the issue has now resolved, very happy with service provided.

I've only ever found the receptionist really polite and helpful. Yes we struggle to get an appointment but we also need to recognise that that isn't the receptionists fault and that they have thousands of new patients on their books (me being one who transferred from Warwick road as that was a diabolical practise ) and there are less doctors working in the surgery.
I can only praise, upto now ( been there 2/3 years) Doctors are usually caring and patient apart from the nurse practitioner I saw today who wasn't any of the above but overall they are amazing

1 star because I can't give a 0... 35 years with this place and it just gets worse. Yet another horrible experience on the phone again today. She was so rude and threatened to hang up. I could barely hear her as I'm having trouble with my ears, which seemed to just annoy her. Not funny anymore, I'm at the point where I'd rather burn myself with
cigarettes than phone my doctors.
Ended up with a referral to the pharmacy...
