From my first visit, Rebecca provided me with friendly and thoughtful advice regarding my particular hearing issues. Nothing has been too much trouble, including answering my many questions, and there was no pressure to buy. I followed Rebecca's recommendations, had trial hearing aids (which I subsequently bought) and I am now hearing things that I haven't heard in years. Social situations are much better when you can hear clearly!

Rebecca was great. It was suggestedby my Gzp to get my ear checked 'on the high street'. I called into Echowell to see if they could check out what i needed. Really convenient in my home village with opening hours i could fit in after work. Rebecca was great, really welcoming, explained everything she was doing, showed me on screen, completely reassured me and followed up with a letter to GP. Great service, professional but friendly to put you at ease, very reasonable price, would definitely recommend!

Rebecca was very helpful as I had been diagnosed with a perforated eardrum at the GP’s. Rebecca gave me guidance on how to care for the ear and took a video of the ear for future reference. I was invited back to check how it was healing by Rebecca as I was travelling abroad and she wanted to monitor how it was before travelling. Rebecca was caring and reassuring throughout the whole 3 visits I attended. Thank you Rebecca
