I was there today the staff was lovely. I was so nervous but they were lovely and supportive. Place is nice and clean. Even though building work going on. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. Even the nurse was friendly and helpful. Thank you

I had a gastroscopy this afternoon. I had been very nervous after a traumatic experience years ago elsewhere. I opted for sedation. The nurses and the doctor couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Fast, efficient and caring. Thank you.

The lovely staff made me feel very welcome and explained the whole procedure, step by step. As a person who worries about needles and has a tenancy to black out I was listened to and dealt with appropriately

I had a gastroscopy at Ecceleshill this morning. The whole process was well organised, the staff all lovely. Nobody made me feel ridiculous for being super conerned and were supportive throughout. No resistance to allowing me to choose to have sedation despite it probably adding to the workload and I had absolutely no problem at all with the procedure, in fact it was a breeze - all down I'm sure to the skill of the staff involved. Thanks to Eccleshill Treatment Centre Team

Shocking service
Was told to go for an OOH appointment for 01:45
I get there and admin looked confused, there was a double booking
I showed them the appointment message l received, they still looked confused. Was told to ring 111 triage and rebook or else l'd be waiting till early hours. I'm pregnant and need help and advice. Not pleased? bare in mind l drove a long way to get to this place only to be told this. A&E it is !! No wonder A&es are always busy ?

Had to travel 50 miles to Eccles Treatment Centre today. I got seen by Dr Hussain in ENT. In many years I have not come across a better or nicer Doctor, a lovely man. The journey was well worth it, thank you so much.

I was so nervous today about my colonoscopy but Mrs Sojan and her lovely nurses were all amazing. They put me at ease and did their utmost to make me as comfortable as possible. Everyone here is so friendly and everything explained in detail. Thank you x
