I've had a lot of bad experiences with Dentists in the past, which made me stop going. I thought it was time to try again and it all went well. They were all very polite and respectful. When I was the dentist he was a understanding what I've been through and really helpful. I would really recommend this Denis surgery.

Amy the hygienist knew i had a bad childhood trauma with another dentist. She was very understanding, caring and patient. She also gave advice that after brushing my teeth, toothpaste should not be rinsed away, as it helps protect teeth more, and natural saliva will break this down. No other dentist/practice has ever explained this before 🤔😯

Ive been to many Dentist's growing up and all of them just have you in and out, no care.
THIS Dentist, I drive 30 minutes to come here and won't change, neither does my little daughter want to change.
It's so welcoming, you get talked through everything and very well explained.
Lovely, lovely people that go above and beyond and always there to help!!
You come first at this Dentist!!

I went for my first appointment today and was seen by the wonderful Amy. She was a down to earth straight talking lovely woman. She went above and beyond for my scrap and polish, also providing me with honest advise and handy tips.. I felt totally at ease. Her trainee practitioner jess was really lovely to, she had a professional mannor and took a keen instrest in taking notes and what Amy was doing. I wish her all the best with her future career. The lady on the desk (apologies I didn't catch her name) was welcoming, helpful and polite. I'm thrilled to have found a 10/10 caring dentist, highly recommend 😊

From first contact Eccleshall Dental Clinic has been highly professional whilst maintaining a friendly and caring attitude.
When it comes to treatments I found their clinicians to be exceptional, highly knowledgeable and skilled, yet caring and approachable, I had a wisdom tooth removed with no pain and felt relaxed and comfortable all the way through the procedure, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I don't think you could find a better Dental practice anywhere
