Please read

Lack of care, consideration and ability!
Staff fail to do a full basic assessment, ignore medical history and dismiss patients concerns.

I’m worried about the care provide, my mother made an appointment and was given a poor assessment and quick fix! That quick fix being paracetamol, even though she’s already been taking that for the past week with no improvement, instead of listening to/ talking through patient concern or offering another pain relief or treatment plan, they ignored my mother and her worries!

Another example of poor quality, is waiting 30 minutes to an hour past your scheduled appointment time. I’ve had this happen when waiting with a child for their appointment. A small explanation would be enough to help us feel seen or at least stop people from becoming agitated at these excessively long waits;

but because of a obvious lack of care and attention, I and so many others are left feeling disappointed, ignored or just alone.

Please just give your patience’s the same time and respect you’d want given to your own family.

I had today an apointment with therapist named karen for my anxiety disorder. This lady is really horrible. She is so unkinde and unhelpful a useless persone to give any support to anyone at all. I arrived about 5 minutes to late. I was waiting about half an hour , when she came to the waiting room to me she was just finished yet with the pationt before me as i saw hem greating her and leaving. She looked at me in such a weird way like she is seeing an alien!
And kept looking to her watch and said that there is not enough time left we have to arrange new appointment! When i answerd she said i wasn't there at time!! What a redicluse woman trieng to blame me because i was 5 minutes late while she was just finished yet with the persone before so it doesn't matter at all if i was on time or even to early. I just left i had to cry as a child in the car as i really need support and went there while am unwell. Was there waiting for nothing. She letted me go and said up to you! May god not bless her she can get lost amen

It still recovering from covid. I’ve had amazing treatment from both doctors and the best nurses. I’ve been well looked after and happy with the service.
You must have patience, the reception is unbelievably busy, they always do their best . They’ve always looked after me and a nice smile too.

Hello,
from my experience, even minus 5 stars, there is never a doctor. The ladies at the reception are not nice. When you go to the reception, they tell you to call to make an appointment, but the phone number is for them and they make the appointment. So I don't know why they have such a problem doing it in person. . A few times I was with my 3-year-old daughter who was struggling on her feet and she wasn't there. If you don't have an appointment and you don't have a doctor, call 111 or the hospital. It's a disaster

Great clinic but spent a long time to check in. It would be beneficial if there was an electronic check in like other surgeries it would help avoid a back log
